This is from the CEO of an established walking tour company that I do tours for downtown. 

One of the tours I do for them is from the Battery to Wall Street and back.  I nick-named it Capitols and Capital .

The other is a World Trade Center tour that is a shortened version of my highly successful Heroes of the World Trade Center Tour^TM that I developed for a competitor of theirs.  (The deal I have is that this tour is mine that I licensed.)
